UBH WORLD IN-GAME COLLECTIBLE PRIZE PROGRAM — OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. This promotion ("Program") is sponsored by Chaillan Publications, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a Unbiased Headlines ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), operator of the UBH World virtual environment ("UBH World"). Contact: hello@unbiasedheadlines.com.
2. Eligibility. The Program is open only to registered, logged-in users of UBH World who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are United States persons, meaning residents of the United States with a valid United States address. By accepting these Terms, the user represents that they are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. If Sponsor determines that this representation is false, Sponsor may void any Find and any associated prize (physical or virtual) and may suspend or terminate the user's account. The following persons are not eligible for physical prizes: Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and prize suppliers; anyone with access to UBH World's source code, servers, databases, or prize locations; employees and contractors of any company named or shown in the Program (including CloudFit and Defense Unicorns); and members of the households or immediate families of any of these persons. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor may restrict eligibility by region if required for legal compliance. Physical prizes are available only to winners with a valid United States shipping address; see Section 6.
3. How to Participate. Registered users may explore UBH World and locate hidden virtual collectible items placed at various in-world locations. No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to participate or to claim a prize. Locating and collecting an item in UBH World ("Find") is how a user participates. Participation is free, and no purchase or payment of any kind is required.
   Program Period. The Program begins on October 1, 2026. It has no fixed end date and continues until all physical-prize items have been found or until Sponsor ends the Program by a notice posted on this Terms page. Finds made before such a notice is posted will be honored under these Terms.
   Odds. No purchase necessary. Items are placed at fixed locations and found by exploring UBH World; each location has a limited quantity awarded in the order of valid Finds, subject to verification. Odds depend on the number of participants and how quickly items are found.
   Reading is optional. Reading articles is optional and does not affect eligibility to win.
   Finds under earlier versions. A Find made under an earlier version of these Terms is governed by the version in force when the Find was made, except that the former requirement to read articles no longer applies to any Find: no Find, past or future, will be denied because the user did not read articles.
4. Prizes. Each collectible item is associated with a specific reward described at the time of discovery, which may be: (a) virtual-only rewards (e.g., badges, in-game cosmetic items, or recognition) with no cash or physical value (see Section 5, "Virtual Coins, Collectibles and Other In-Game Items — No Real-World Value"); or (b) physical prizes each having an approximate retail value of under $300 (e.g., a paperback or hardcover book, sticker, apparel, or a small precious-metal item such as a 1-gram gold bar). The total approximate retail value of all physical prizes offered under the Program is approximately $2,000 and will not exceed $4,500 in total at any time, including any restocked or replacement prizes. This cap is cumulative for the whole Program; if Sponsor ever starts a new run, it will be under new or updated Terms. A gold item's approximate retail value is its market price on the date it is awarded. Prize descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail value are set by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Each prize item may be won and claimed only once per person, and only once per household or shipping address, regardless of how many locations, copies, or units of that item exist in UBH World. A second Find of the same item (at another location or otherwise) does not entitle the user to a second prize, will not be fulfilled, and may be voided. Sponsor checks these limits when it reviews a Find for fulfillment. "Household" means persons sharing the same residential address. A shared IP address alone is not evidence of cheating or of a shared household. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for a different prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value (not exceeding the maximum prize value stated in this Section) if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
5. Virtual Coins, Collectibles and Other In-Game Items — No Real-World Value. This Section applies to every user of UBH World, whether or not the user ever claims a physical prize.
   1. No monetary value. Coins, badges, virtual collectibles, virtual prizes, cosmetic items, scores, leaderboard rankings, and any other virtual items, points, or status obtained in UBH World (collectively, "Virtual Items") are for entertainment purposes only. Virtual Items are not real money, are not currency, legal tender, securities, or any other financial instrument, and have no cash value, no monetary value, and no real-world value of any kind.
   2. No redemption or cash-out. Virtual Items cannot be redeemed, cashed out, refunded, or exchanged for cash, money, credit, goods, services, or anything else of value from Sponsor or any third party, except for any physical prize expressly offered by Sponsor under Section 4 of these Terms, which is awarded as a prize and not as a redemption of Virtual Items.
   3. License only, not ownership. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. Sponsor grants each user a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Virtual Items solely within UBH World. Users do not own Virtual Items and acquire no property right, title, or other interest in them.
   4. No transfer or sale. Virtual Items may not be sold, bought, traded, gifted, transferred, or assigned, whether inside or outside UBH World, and any attempt to do so is void and may result in the removal of Virtual Items or of the user's access.
   5. Changes, resets and removal. Sponsor may, at any time and in its sole discretion, with or without notice, change, rebalance, reset, limit, suspend, remove, or delete any Virtual Items, balances, or leaderboards, in whole or in part, including upon account closure, inactivity, error correction, or discontinuation of UBH World, and Sponsor shall have no liability to any user as a result.
   6. No compensation for loss. No user is entitled to any refund, payment, or other compensation for any Virtual Items that are lost, reset, removed, deleted, or that become unavailable for any reason, including technical failure.
   7. No valuation inquiries. Because Virtual Items have no real-world value, Sponsor does not assign, and will not provide or respond to requests for, any dollar or other monetary value of any Virtual Items.
6. Winner Determination and Fulfillment. A user becomes a potential winner of a physical prize at the moment they successfully collect a qualifying item in UBH World while logged in. Every Find of a physical-prize item is provisional, and the prize is awarded only after Sponsor verifies that the Find complies with these Terms, including Section 2 (Eligibility) and Section 13 (Fair Play). Sponsor will identify potential winners from its internal UBH World records. To receive a physical prize, the winner must contact Sponsor at hello@unbiasedheadlines.com within thirty (30) days of the Find and provide a valid shipping address and any other information reasonably requested by Sponsor to fulfill the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered due to an incomplete, inaccurate, or unclaimed address, or for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail. Allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
   US-ONLY PHYSICAL PRIZES: Physical prizes are valid only within the United States and are not valid or redeemable outside the United States. A winner must have a valid United States shipping address to receive a physical prize. If a winner cannot provide a valid United States shipping address, the physical prize cannot be fulfilled, and Sponsor has no obligation to substitute another prize, ship internationally, or provide a cash equivalent. This restriction applies only to physical prizes; virtual-only rewards (e.g., badges and in-game cosmetic items) remain available regardless of location.
7. Acceptance of Terms. By collecting a physical-prize item for the first time, the user is shown these Terms and must affirmatively accept them before the Find is credited to their account (crediting a Find does not by itself award the prize; see Section 6). When these Terms are updated, the user must affirmatively accept the updated version before any further physical prize is credited. Changes to these Terms, the prizes, or the Program do not affect a Find already made, except to correct an error, comply with law, or prevent fraud. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
8. Limited Quantities. Each item location has a fixed quantity set by Sponsor. Once the available quantity at a location has been fully claimed, that item will no longer be available at that location. A user who has already claimed a given item, at any location, may not claim that same item again at that or any other location.
9. No Warranty. All prizes are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety, or fitness of any physical prize. Sponsor's total liability arising out of or related to the Program and any prize will not exceed the actual retail value of the prize at issue.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, users release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, members, employees, and agents, as well as Sponsor's prize suppliers, hosting and technology providers, and third-party sponsors, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injury, damages, or losses to persons or property, of any nature whatsoever, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Program, acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or participation in any Program-related activity, except for claims arising from Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions of UBH World that affect a user's ability to locate, collect, or claim a prize.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, general location (e.g., city/state), and statements about the Program for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion of it, at any time and for any reason, including if the Program cannot be conducted as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any user it believes, in its sole discretion, has tampered with the Program, used automated means (e.g., bots or scripts) to locate or collect items, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or in bad faith, following the process in Section 13. Third-party names and logos (including CloudFit and Defense Unicorns) are used with permission for identification only; their use does not mean that those companies sponsor, endorse, or administer the Program. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Fair Play; Cheating Prohibited. Items must be found by a person personally playing UBH World through the official, unmodified UBH World website or app.
    1. Prohibited methods. Users may not use, or attempt to use, any of the following to locate, approach, or collect any item, or to gain any other advantage in the Program: bots, scripts, macros, artificial-intelligence agents, or other automation; teleport, speed, or movement hacks; scraping or direct calls to UBH World servers or interfaces other than through normal gameplay; modified, altered, or third-party clients; browser developer tools, console commands, or debugging or test functions (for example, teleport or camera functions); more than one account per person, or play on behalf of another person; or any other exploit or method to automate, shortcut, or circumvent the normal discovery of items.
       Reverse engineering. Users may not decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise analyze UBH World's code, scripts, data files, assets, source maps, network traffic, or server responses, or use any tool, script, or AI system to do so, in order to locate, predict, or shortcut the discovery of any item or prize location. Finding an item through such analysis, rather than through ordinary gameplay, is cheating under this Section, and the Find is void under Section 13(c). Ordinary play, such as walking around UBH World and looking at what the game shows on screen, is not restricted by this Section. Security researchers who find a vulnerability should report it to hello@unbiasedheadlines.com and may not claim any prize obtained through it.
       Screen readers and other assistive tools that do not automate gameplay are not prohibited automation. Contact hello@unbiasedheadlines.com for accommodations.
    2. Monitoring. Sponsor monitors gameplay to detect cheating, automation, and abuse, using player movement and other gameplay and account data.
    3. Consequences. Any Find or prize (physical or virtual) that Sponsor believes, based on gameplay data or other reasonable evidence, was obtained by cheating, automation, or abuse may be rejected, voided, or revoked, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and Sponsor may remove Virtual Items and suspend, terminate, or remove the user's account. Sponsor will email the user the reason and allow fourteen (14) days to respond before the decision is final. A void Find's prize will not be awarded or shipped and may, in Sponsor's discretion, be returned to play.
    4. Sponsor's determination is final. After the 14-day response period in (c), Sponsor's determination under this Section is final and binding.
14. Tax. Sponsor will report prizes to tax authorities as required by law (for example, on IRS Form 1099-MISC where applicable). Before Sponsor ships any prize that would bring a recipient's aggregate prize value for the calendar year to $600 or more, the recipient must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or equivalent taxpayer information (including legal name, address, and taxpayer identification number). If the recipient does not provide this information within thirty (30) days of Sponsor's request, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor has no further obligation with respect to it. Recipients are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of any prize.
15. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and users consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Data Use. Information collected to fulfill a physical prize (e.g., shipping address, collected outside of UBH World via email) will be used solely for prize fulfillment and will not be sold to third parties. Gameplay data described in Section 13 is used to operate the Program and verify compliance with these Terms and will not be sold to third parties.
