UBH WORLD — TERMS OF SERVICE

UBH World (ubhworld.com) is a free browser game operated by Chaillan Publications, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a Unbiased Headlines ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UBH World, whether you play as a guest or sign in with an Unbiased Headlines account. By using UBH World, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use UBH World.

Other Terms That Apply. Our Privacy Policy explains what data UBH World collects and how we use it. The in-game collectible prize program is governed by the Prize Terms; if these Terms conflict with the Prize Terms on a prize matter, the Prize Terms control. Your Unbiased Headlines account is also subject to the Unbiased Headlines terms and policies.
Virtual Coins and Items — No Real-World Value. Coins, badges, collectibles, cosmetic items and other virtual in-game items have no cash or real-world value, cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for money, and may be changed or removed at any time. Real items that can be found are governed by the Prize Terms. The full rules are in Prize Terms Section 5, "Virtual Coins, Collectibles and Other In-Game Items — No Real-World Value", which applies to every user of UBH World and is part of these Terms.
Accounts and Guest Play. You may play as a guest or sign in with your Unbiased Headlines account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Unbiased Headlines login secure. Your nickname must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, hateful, or misleading; we may change or remove a nickname that breaks these Terms.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to:
1. use bots, scripts, macros, artificial-intelligence agents or other automation, or teleport, speed or movement hacks, or otherwise cheat (see the Fair Play section of the Prize Terms);
2. modify, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with UBH World, its client code, network traffic or servers, except as allowed by law;
3. probe, scan or test the security of UBH World, or access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
4. overload, disrupt or interfere with UBH World or other players' use of it, including by flooding requests;
5. harass, threaten or abuse others, or use UBH World for anything unlawful, fraudulent or infringing;
6. scrape or copy UBH World content or data in bulk, or create multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Suspension and Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to UBH World, reset or remove your progress, coins or items, or void Finds, at any time if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the Prize Terms, or to protect UBH World, other players or us. You may stop using UBH World at any time and may ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may change, suspend or discontinue UBH World, or any part of it, at any time.
Intellectual Property. UBH World, including its software, 3D world, graphics, characters, text, logos and the Unbiased Headlines name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UBH World for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms. All other rights are reserved. Articles and other content from third parties shown in UBH World remain the property of their owners.
Your Content. The content you provide in UBH World is limited to your nickname and avatar choices. You keep any rights you have in it, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and display it (for example, on leaderboards) to operate UBH World. You are responsible for making sure it does not break the law or these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties. UBH WORLD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT UBH WORLD WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PROGRESS, COINS OR ITEMS WILL BE PRESERVED. ARTICLE SUMMARIES AND OTHER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY.
Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO UBH WORLD OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO UBH WORLD OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN OF THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of UBH World.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any other dispute-resolution terms in these Terms, any dispute arising out of or relating to UBH World or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of UBH World after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability; Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Prize Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about UBH World.
